Prices
Our prices are constantly being reviewed but this should not affect your order. The price the customer will pay for an item will be as shown for that item at the time the order is placed. Please note that all prices shown on the site are in British Pounds Sterling £. We do not charge VAT.
Contract
The contract between N,Reso and the customer will be in force when payment is received by us and you have received confirmation by e-mail that your order has been accepted.
Processing Your Order
Orders are subject to availability. We hand make items for your order on demand. We will contact you by e-mail or telephone if the raw materials for the items ordered are delayed.
Delivery Charges
Delivery is FREE to mainland UK mainland destinations.
Additional shipping charges will apply to customers from UK Islands, and Northern Ireland, please contact before ordering.
International customers
If the delivery address given on an order is outside of the EU an import tax may be payable upon receipt of the goods. The amount payable depends on the destination and may be subject to change. These payments are the responsibility of the customer and we accept no liability for any payments which may be due.
Returning an unwanted item
We will accept returns within 14 days of delivery as long as the fabric has not been used in any way and it is still in its original packaging.
For returns authorisation simply contact us on 07510 275757 or by e-mail using the e-mail address in the confirmation of the order. Your refund will be processed as soon as we have received the returned item/s and checked that they are in original condition. Please note the following two points:
Unwanted Item
For an unwanted item postage and packaging is non-refundable and return shipping is at the purchasers expense.
Faulty/Defective item
If an item is returned because it is faulty or defective we will happily refund your costs in returning it to us. Please check before returning any goods, as we can only refund the basic postage charge.
Please note that we reserve the right to have faulty items independently inspected if we believe that the product may have been tampered with or has suffered unreasonable abuse.
Security
All personal details are encrypted when the payment is taken using PayPal. When you proceed to payment you should see a small padlock in browser. You can also double click on the padlock to view the licence.
The payment is taken using the secure PayPal payments system, you do not need a PayPal account to pay us. Products are dispatched after we have cleared the payment.
Your Rights
We trade in accordance with the laws and statutes in force in the United Kingdom.
